Make WKBundlePagePostMessageIgnoringFullySynchronousMode use
IPC::SendOption::DispatchMessageEvenWhenWaitingForSyncReply
like Messages::WebPageProxy::AddMessageToConsoleForTesting does to make the
different methods of adding output
from layout tests interleave deterministically.
