Remove PreferSandboxedMediaParsing preference
https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=293121
Reviewed by Youenn Fablet.
This was added in 248435@main to help with A/B testing, but it's also
been enabled on main since then. As such we can accept this as an
integral part of WebKit now.
