Remove `cross-origin-worker-indexeddb-allowed.html` in favor of equivalent WPT

This patch removes 'cross-origin-worker-indexeddb-allowed.html' test,
which is similar to WPT test 'idbfactory-origin-isolation.html', which we
have in our repository as passing.
