Print full Build A and Build B logs when verbose in
compare-optimization-tracing

Reviewed by Yusuke Suzuki.
Add additional logging to compare-optimization-tracing under the --verbose
flag. When verbose mode is enabled, this change prints all lines from Build A
and Build B logs before showing the differences. This helps users understand
the full context of changes and makes debugging mismatches easier.
