[iOS] Use rsync to install TestWebKitAPI.app on devices

Reviewed by Eric Carlson.
Updated TestWebKitAPIApp's scheme to use the rsync Install Style when running
tests on an iOS
device. Ultimately we should support the "Install Application Bundle" Install
Style, but this
requires us to embed WebKit frameworks inside the application bundle. Until we
can do that, use
rsync to copy built products to the device.
