Use HAVE(OPPORTUNISTIC_TASK_SCHEDULER) Instead of #if PLATFORM(MAC) for
Asynchronously Delete Small DOM Nodes

Reviewed by Ryosuke Niwa.
Change the compilation directive from #if PLATFORM(MAC) to
HAVE(OPPORTUNISTIC_TASK_SCHEDULER) which gaurds the Asynchronously Delete Small
DOM Nodes optimization.
Also, change the copyright header from "Copyright (C) 2024" to "Copyright (C)
2024 - 2025"
