Reviewed by Chris Dumez.
Fix the build break by:
1. Include ALLOW_UNUSED_PARAMETERS_BEGIN in
WTF_IGNORE_WARNINGS_IN_THIRD_PARTY_CODE_BEGIN.
2. Replace ALLOW_UNUSED_PARAMETERS_BEGIN by
WTF_IGNORE_WARNINGS_IN_THIRD_PARTY_CODE_BEGIN
in LibWebRTCLogSink.h
