[iOS] Introduce a feature flag for using AVPlayerViewControllerContentSource

Reviewed by Eric Carlson.
Introduced a compile-time and runtime flag for using
AVPlayerViewControllerContentSource to
implement video fullscreen. Added stub implementations of
PlaybackSessionInterfaceAVKit and
VideoPresentationInterfaceAVKit. Eventually these will be used to implement
video fullscreen using
AVPlayerViewController + AVPlayerViewControllerContentSource.
