{PlaybackSessionInterface,VideoPresentationInterface}AVKitLegacy

In preparation for introducing fullscreen and playback session interfaces based
on
AVPlayerViewControllerContentSource, renamed the existing
PlaybackSessionInterfaceAVKit and
VideoPresentationInterfaceAVKit to PlaybackSessionInterfaceAVKitLegacy and
VideoPresentationInterfaceAVKitLegacy respectively.
