Mark LOG_OUTPUT_FILES dependent on generate-derived-log-sources.py

To ensure log output files get regenerated when generate-derived-log-sources.py
changes, we need to mark them dependent
on generate-derived-log-sources.py; otherwise we may clean build to see the
change.
