Add console logging to help debug
editing/selection/ios/tap-to-change-selection-after-accepting-inline-prediction.html

Add console log messages to help figure out when (i.e. on which step) this test
is timing out.
Unlike regular `PASS` / `FAIL` results, these console messages show up even if
the test times out.
