Add llintLocate to workaround lldb not showing symbols while there are
alt_entry labels
https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=280427
rdar://136774084

Reviewed by Justin Michaud.

Right now lldb doesn't display any symbol information in the LLInt assembly
file because it seems to get
confused by the alt_entry symbols having the same name as the global symbol.
See rdar://133349487

To work around that issue this patch adds an llintLocate function to our lldb
scripts which finds the
current symbol you're at.

Additionally, this patch cleans up some unnecessary macroing in
LowLevelInterpreter.cpp.
