[JSC] run-jsc-stress-tests should set argv for crash reporter.

Right now when we get internal crash reports from our testers it can be hard to
figure out which test crashed.
Set Application Specific Information when the JSCTEST_CrashReportArgV
environment variable is set. Use an
environment variable as there could be privacy concerns if we set ASI every
time we invoke `jsc`.
