Document::canvasChanged is only triggering a PrepareCanvasesForDisplay update
if it is not given a rect.
WebGLRenderingContextBase::markContextChangedAndNotifyCanvasObserver was
passing the whole canvas rect.
We change it to passing std::nullopt instead.
