Reviewed by Jean-Yves Avenard.
Implemented selectors expected by AVKit on WebKit's WebAVPlayerLayer,
WebAVPlayerViewControllerDelegate, and WebAVMediaSelectionOption subclasses.
While here, fixed the unified sources build by adding some imports.
