(BugzillaMixin.should_send_email_for_patch): Make asynchronous.
(AnalyzeCompileWebKitResults.send_email_for_new_build_failure): Treat
should_send_email_for_patch as asynchronous.
(AnalyzeLayoutTestsResults.send_email_for_new_test_failures): Ditto.
