[Buildstream SDK] Update to FDO 22.08.5 and GStreamer 1.22 releases

The custom GStreamer (and associated dependencies) recipes are now modified
directly in the FDO
junction. This might ease potential upstreaming of some of our changes and
solves an issue where
a couple GStreamer 1.20 remained in the final image, introducing issues during
GStreamer plugins
registry updates.
