Load ToT chromium bots by default in the flakiness dashboard
https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=64756
Reviewed by Adam Barth.
For now, these are the most useful bots to look at. Eventually,
we may want to load the build.webkit.org bots by default once
most of the bots there upload results.
