Hi Niphlod,

I copied it to my own custom_scripts directory (in order to tweak some 
settings later, nothing changed yet) and run it like this:

python web2py.py -S m_winp_ca -N -R 
applications/m_winp_ca/custom_scripts/tickets2email.py
