I would imagine that's probably the largest install by a wide margin.
Are your inserts and pageviews mostly ad impressions? Those might be better handled by something like Mongo. Have you made progress making the tables conditional or putting them in modules. Any opportunities to denormalize tables or cache? Do you have any ideas where the bottlenecks are?
