I'm seeing the same problem. /appadmin is redirecting back to /admin/site
Another hard-to-reproduce issue that I've seen a couple times is when a first arrive at /admin/site the page disappears to white after a second or two. I've noticed in the past that this page sometime does an odd refresh where perhaps the font sizes/colors will change.
