Likit, as you formulate your posts, please keep in mind that not only has web2py been provided to you for free, but in this forum, you are directly addressing those who have created and contributed to it, all of whom do so on a completely voluntary basis. Calling someone's free gift to you "bush league" is not the best way to get them to help you with it. We're happy to help, but we'll probably be much more enthusiastic about it if you tweak your tone a bit. :-) Regarding your general experience and reaction, I would say it is a rare exception. Most people find web2py to be among the easiest web frameworks (across languages) to learn and use and find the documentation very helpful. Given your troubles, you might have an easier time if you start simple and gradually add complexity. For example, start with the builtin Rocket server and SQLite RDBMS, and move to Apache and MySQL later. If you haven't already, it might also help to carefully go through the Overview chapter and review some of the other chapters more methodically as well. If you're having trouble with the documentation, it would be much more helpful if you could be specific about errors and areas for improvement. You mentioned finding errors, but upon request, you did not identify any. If there are specific sections you find confusing or incomplete, please point them out and explain what questions you are left with or what could be added to make them easier to understand. Anthony
