StaticPython looks pretty cool, but there are two issues I see with this:
First, my target platform is 64-bit. StaticPython is only 32-bit. Second, the RPM is a requirement. In the future, we may create a yum repo for the application for updates and things like that, so we have to use RPM from the beginning.
