I remember reading somewhere that creating a new application will clone the "welcome" app, I wonder if it's true?
I want to confirm this because I downloaded the trunk version (I was previously using the stable version), and copied over the "old" welcome app (the "new" welcome app was renamed to welcome_trunk) When I create a new application in the admin, it created a new application out of the "new" welcome app instead of the folder's welcome app. So the "welcome" app wasn't used, is this correct?
