Running into the problem that GAE doesn't like the use of OR, embedded in the use of dbset.select(left... on line 1640 in the SQLFORM.grid definition. I assume it is because of the restriction to no joins on GAE.
For my purposes, i just set searchable=False as a parameter and that fixed my problem. But for users who need it, a fix, or a change will need to be made i think. Thanks
