I have followed the link and got the "setuptools-0.6c11" for Windows (32 bit). I have several versions of Python on my PC. The setuptools find the installed version of Python 2.5, but it seems that it does not allow to install to web2py. And if somebody does not have Python 2.5 installed?
I think there should be a step-to-step instruction and somebody should try all of these steps. If necessary I am ready to try it.
