The project repository is located here:

http://code.google.com/p/web2pyadmin2/

My game plan is to:

1. Get to know web2py a bit better (obivously)
2. Look at the current admin code and bookmark parts that are useful
for the new admin
3. Mark parts that might need to be reworked and post them to this list

The actual development will start by copying the existing admin
interface code, and then modifying it in a way that keeps all the
functionality at all times. I would like to keep the admin2 app fully
functional so people can start using it as soon as development kicks
off.

The first thing I'll try to do is implement the workspace. This involves:

1. Moving sidebar functionality to the panel one by one
2. Converting app actions (edit, package, etc) into toolbar
3. Converting app links to draggable icons

The above list is the first milestone.
