I needed to create a app with a questionnaire, easy enough. But the needs of questionnaire keep changing. It has eventually evolved into something where the user needs to be able to change the questionnaire and be able to add new ones.
I'm having trouble figureing out the best way to allow a user to create a questionnaire that can have dozens of questions with varying types (checkboxes, radio, dropdown, textboxes, etc). Then having that questionnaire available to records hundreds to thousands of filled out questionnaires. Initially I'm most worried about how to structure the model. Any ideas on how to do the model or this type of app in general? Thanks, Keith
