[web2py] Changelog version number 1.64.4 -> 1.94.4

Hi Massimo,

The latest changelog entry shows 1.64.4 rather than 1.94.4.  The same thing 
happened with 1.93... have you checked to see if your keyboard is 
upside-down? :-)

Also, should there be a 1.94.5?
