Those are good points. But I think my suggestions are still good advice. The 
book deletes a lot of stuff for length reasons. And while you *can* change 
the db name, it's a good idea not to when you are learning since many code 
samples will re-use the same names throughout. Changing the db name probably 
is not that big a deal since it's only referenced once. But I still think it 
is good when learning not to re-name things arbitrarily.
