I have a controller function that we can call "next()" since that's what it is called :)
I have created a block of html in that function, contained in a string. I'd like to return it to the user so he can reuse it (not just view it in the browser.) Sending it to the browser causes the various special characters of html to be converted to entities (like ampersand-gt-semicolon.) I think what I need to do is return it as type text/plain or as type application/octet-stream. How do I construct the dict that I am going to return in the controller function so that web2py will know what to send to the user? Thanks, Ed G
