thanks, i fixed it, strangely this never resulted in an error at my side anyway you will need to link/move everything form the site-packages directory into the /web2py/site-packages directory the app is not inteded to be installed from source, but rather as a complete package with web2py included you will find a build script that creates these packages in make_release
