No because I did not write anything yet. Anyway, my idea to have something that works very much like the layouts page: it exposes a list plugins via a json service and admin/ wizard has access to that.
For regular plugins there may be version, dependencies, etc and this adds some complexity. Anyway, our projects may be complementary. You pay provide a plugin showcase. I may just provide a service for the wizard and select a subset of "featured" plugins, and we may link them.
