Not if you want the votes to be scientifically valid. Otherwise there are
biases in the results.

I have experience working with surveys and research questions. I feel that
any kind of poll falls into that category. For a true and accurate
representation of a logos popularity you MUST randomize and you cannot give
any hint as to how many votes it has received.
