Hi All,
I have a web2py site coded ready for deployment with an
application for the past 30 days. I stay in India. I've asked my
service provider to configure it to run on the server. He runs Redhat
linux 5.x and has availablity to provide support for other linux
flavours.
Currently we succeeded in running it on test server. When service
provider tries to deploy it on existing RedHat server, he encounters
port conflicts.
Can anyone please provide help on this situation! I am loosing my
patience out on web2py-python deployment.
1) How to deploy it on Redhat/other linux without disturbing other
deployed sites, say on a different server port etc.
2) Has anyone deployed it through cpanel? If so what are the detailed
steps.
3) Any other stuff I am missing. I am not at all familiar with
deployment. please help...
