As I explained in a previous thread there seem to be some legal problems. Lulu is the publisher and they offer amazon or ibookstore. They do not seem to allow both and I cannot redistribute the book without them using the same isbn. yet ibookstore requires an isbn. Let me keep looking.... if you have any advice let me know.
