[web2py] Upgrade web2py now(from 1.76.3 to 1.80.1)

Is there any known caveats to upgrade web2py from from 1.76.3 to
1.80.1?

I get the following error:

unable to upgrade because "[Errno 13] Permission denied: 'D:\\Inbox\
\Web2py\\web2py/MSVCR71.dll'"
