Thadeus, What is your problem with designers, men? I'm designer and use web2py because i don't like django... I've learnt to programming in my school and my partners (today doctors, lawyers, biochemicals) know to programming too (the logic, obviously, I'm sure they forget all the rest, haha!), and I'm sure that they love to read a really good syntax-code and not an aberration like "__lte=5" .
Obviously, I don't know and i don't have all the knowledge that a developer have, and I respect them all. Please, don't generalize. I respect you and I greatly appreciate your contributions, really!
