It depends whether you want the most useful fetaures or the unique
features. I would go with unique features:

1) backward compatibility (implies we try not to break your code)
2) ticketing system (implies easy to debug errors in production)
3) web based IDE for development, testing, debugging, deployment, and
administration (implies very easy to start with)
4) Database abstraction layer that works on GAE (and eventually on
other NoDB)
5) All in one packages with no dependencies and no config files
