This was never tested and if you help we can get it to work today.

In sql.py try replace line

            params = ('jdbc:postgresql://%s:%s/%s' % (host, port, db),
                      user,passwd)

with

            params = ('jdbc:postgresql://%s:%s/%s' % (host, port, db),
                      user,passwd, 'org.postgresql.Driver')
