db(db.table.slp=='value').select() checks that 'value' is in the slp db(db.table.slp<'value').select() checks that at least one element is less than 'value'
db(db.table.slp>'value').select() checks that at least one element if greater then 'value' slp is the name of your field of type StringListProperty. The selected field will be a list.
