Adding -N does not fix it.

Only the following happens:

=web2py Enterprise Web Framework
=Created by Massimo Di Pierro, Copyright 2007-2010
=Version 1.74.11 (2010-02-03 10:53:34)
=Database drivers available: SQLite3, PostgreSQL

Still works if executed from bash. It is the users crontab file
(crontab -e) so there should be no permission issues.
