While waiting for Alexandres access management you can have a look at my unfinished user admin plugin I thought I would get around to improve it sooner but it does not seem like that now. Some of you might take this as a base for writing something more sophisticated. Blocking and deleting users does not work, should take 30 min max to add this functionality!
