Markdown is just a markup language that *tries* to be as unintrusive in the
text as possible. I don't know CFKeditor but I suppose its a wysiwyg editor
and for an end user that is the best (imho). The only advantage of using
markdown is that, since its marked up text, you can copy/paste to other
markdown aware blog and it will keep the formatting. The downside is that
you still have to learn how to write proper markdown.
Maybe a wysiwyg editor that generates markdown is the best of both worlds?
Really depends if you're willing to have a harder time writing your blog for
an increased content portability.
