I noticed an inconsistencies though, in particular T.current_languages
can hold more than one value so my description was not entirely
accurate, not sure if anyone else has a better explaination...

In the mean time here is a link to a working multilingual scaffold
that people can download and add thier own databases to. They just
need to keep in mind that some of the views are setup with some WAI
ARIA and I have not fully implemented the non-aria items, so if they
set aria='False' they are going to have some formatting issues... :
