It is indeed a tricky business; even for a single DB, there are changes between versions. This means it is probably too complicated to track all keywords for all versions of all DBs.
Perhaps we should simply try to keep a master list of all the main keywords. I think the list below is pretty good. http://drupal.org/node/141051 Firebird: For example, even though Firebird is not included, the list still has almost all the reserved keywords.
