[web2py:35126] Not Encoding HTML in View {{=}}

How can I get my view to not encode my html.

For example if I do:

'</td><td>'.join(['A','B','C'])

I get:

A&lt;/td&gt;&lt;td&gt;B&lt;/td&gt;&lt;td&gt;C

I want:

A</td><td>B</td><td>C
