edit routes.py and write

routes_in=[('/CallerWantsCustomerService,$arg1,$arg2',
            '/myapp/default/CallerWantsCustomerService/$arg1/$arg2')]
routes_out=[('/myapp/default/CallerWantsCustomerService/$arg1/$arg2',
             '/CallerWantsCustomerService,$arg1,$arg2')]

You may need to map more than this one URL.
