I tried to upgrade to wsgiserver 3.2.0 but I found some issues. I fixed them (I think) and emailed a patch to the author. Meanwhile I have included my patched version in web2py trunk.
Please give it a try. 3.2.0 may have fixed the problem with truncated downloads in webkit. The same file is behind web2py.com now. Please report any issue.
