Yes, source and python2.5, well at least whenever I run it manually, and no I cannot get to examples either.
It was installed from source. Downloaded zip, unziped, ran upgrade to unpack apps, added to SDK the folder, and ran it from within SDK without any further options. However, regarding python2.5, as I am running the app from the GAE SDK, I didnt know you had any option of going with any other python version. Benigno.
